FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Eppler Families,

All students should now have the school issued identification badges and lanyards, and our expectation is that students and staff wear them every day. Please continue to encourage your child to follow this important security and safety measure.

During November, Eppler Junior High School will distribute reports cards electronically.  The first marking period grades will be sent electronically to families at the end of the day on Friday, November 8, 2019.

 To receive the report cards, parents will need to have a secure PowerSchool account. Parents who do not have access to a PowerSchool account will need to register for one prior to Monday, November 4, 2019. The report cards will then be automatically e-mailed to the address that is used to register the PowerSchool account.  If you already have a PowerSchool account, you do not need to take any further action. The report card will be automatically sent to you.

 Please note: If you have a child in elementary school, those report cards will be issued at the end of the day on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 after scheduled parent-teacher conferences.

Recycling

NJHS is continuing to sponsor a recycling fundraiser in partnership with PlanetGreen. They have made a few changes and they are no longer accepting large toner cartridges. Please do not send in the toner cartridges. They do accept:
 Inkjet cartridges
 Cell phones
 GPS
 MP3
 IPods
 Cameras
 E-readers
 Calculators
 Tablets
 Video games, consoles, accessories
It helps Eppler earn money and it helps the landfills! NJHS students can earn hours for donating items, but anyone can bring these items to room 19. Thank you for your support! Please check out PlanetGreenRecycling.com for more information.
